Travelled across all rice-producing states of India to meet & understand farmers, millers and traders of different varieties of rice. He keeps exploring the Agri products industry in each part of India, to learn about the taste & quality of the produces.
Leading the procurement and quality assurance department of Villa products, responsible for ensuring that the best quality of grains is packaged & delivered in the most hygienic way. He believes in meditation and pursues this as a hobby also by training people on meditation.
A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification, Shekhar leads the finance department of the group. After earning corporate experience of 7 years working with PWC & Aditya Birla Group in India, Australia, Africa, he joined Villa Group in 2013. Known as master of numbers, he specialises in Data Analytics, Accounting and System Management.
His Key objective is to ensure that every single penny expended or earned by the company has been analysed, accounted & presented in the true & fare manner.
'Solution to all Problems' is what Suraj is known for. Being youngest in India to achieve MBA, CA and CS degrees at the age of 22, he started his professional life in NewYork, USA as Senior Analyst with S&P Credit Rating Agency. Further, he explored Credit Analysis & Management roles in International Corporates CRISIL & HSBC for 6 years.
